So, what happens when you install 32 bit windows on a device running 8GB RAM?
Will it simply just ignore 4 GB of it? or it will cause unstable/corrupted installation or it just won't install?

Nothing happens, Win10 32-bit only sees 4GB max.

Otherwise it should install and run normally.

10 mins into CSGO and I got BSOD- ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY.
Crashed twice later on.
I changed DRAM voltage to 1.35V but profile ddr voltage is greyed out at 1.2V. anyway to make sure RAM is running at 1.35V?

HWinfo64 - sensors.
Under motherboard section DDR voltage is listed.

That would be related to some driver issue.
Well. I have faced a LOT of different BSODs.
USUAL:

MEMORY MANAGEMENT
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA

A BIT RARE:
SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
And a KERNEL related BSOD

And probably:
CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION

I don't remember a few of them.
