I am having trouble launching a setup.exe which happens to be a 32-bit setup launcher. No matter what I do, I can never get it to launch. It will run in the background as '32-bit Setup Launcher (32-bit)' and won't close or open until I end the process.
I have attempted to run as administrator, and I have tried every compatibility mode, but nothing changes. The application still runs in the background.
Sometimes it will appear, many, many hours later but I won't be able to do anything because it's simply too slow. I used to have no trouble installing this, but now I can't install it at all. Could it be linked to me having reinstalled the game too many times in a short time span?
I haven't made any major changes to my system recently at all aside from updating my GPU drivers. I'm very confused.
(For those curious, the game is Motorhead. I've tried many different ISOs of this game, but they all produce the same results)
