32-bit Windows 10 on 64-bit processor?

So the title says it all... I just upgraded to Windows 10 from a Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. My specs are:
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.80 GHz
Asus A88XM-E Motherboard
8.00 GB (3.58 usable)
32-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Nvidia GT-730..
I expected Windows 10 to automatically upgrade right to the 64-bit since I am compatible but for some reason it didn't. Please help asap.

Windows will NOT automatically install a 64 bit OS on a 32 bit PC. If it did, then this would make customers mad because they could be using 32 bit for compatibility reasons.

Fortunately, your already upgraded to windows 10, so all you need to do is download the windows 10 media creation tool and run the 64 bit version. Put it on a DVD or USB stick, then backup your files and reinstall windows 10. You won't need your product key since windows 10 will already know your computer is the same PC that you had windows 10 on previously.

For sure it is a 64 bit computer with 32 bit os. Now best bet would be install window 7 64 bit then do a upgrade from there to window 10 (should be 64 bit) and then from there use microsoft media creater to download the 64 bit iso of window 10 then I'll do a fresh install beside upgrade always screw something nothing is better then fresh install. But really why is this computer running 32bit operating system now it's not using all the ram it should they are being wasted.
