1. ricoh pcie sd/mmc host controller
2. Ethernet controller
how i can please inform me

Go to the vendor's support site, download the drivers based on your laptop model number. If you already tried need more info as to the exact issue, when it started, what brand and model of laptop this is.

Usually, you need to go to the manufacturer's website to get any new or updated laptop drivers.
