32 gb PNY flash drive

I bought a pny 32 gb flash drive & I can't do anything with it. Not even format it. I've tried a coupole different computers with it & still not working. What do I do next? Can anybody help me with this?

If its transcend or apacer u r in luck just google "transcend online recovery" or "apacer online recovery" these tool will fix it . u can just change the name if its a different brand (not sure if the other company has it) Dont forget to click the solved button
