Solution
What all do you do with the rig? Are you planning to OC the CPU at all? My first thought would be the GSkill Tridents in 2133/9. The Tridents are the best I've run with Haswell rigs (have them in both of mine (in sig))

the Snipers in 2400/11 are another good set

Wrote an article on 2400 sets with HAswell (32GB) here:

I will use for programing, make virtual machines, ocasionaly gaming and, yas, i wat to OC in a future.

In extra thought.. with this last upgrade, my build ill be finish and i dont wat buy nothing in 5 or 6 years(hoping nothing fail in 5 years of waranty)

EDIT: Kingston savage 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 vs Kingston HyperX Beast 1600MHz DDR3Non-ECC CL9 ? diferences?

Differences between Beast and Savage is the Savage seems to have better memory ICs (stronger) from the sets I've had my hands on. 1600/9 is entry level, for all that's worth, would go faster if indeed you want the rig to keep you happy for any real length of time
