32 to 64 bit w7 upgrate

hello i would like to upgrate my windows 7 from 32 bit to 64. But the windowns are inside my hard drive. i have no cd, dvd ets. windows 7 upgrate says i can do the upgrate manualy but i cant figure out how.

There is no upgrade from 32 bits to 64. You have to do a new Windows install. You will have to overwrite the OS that is on your disk to get 64 bit.

• Backup user data;
  Wipe your HDD/SSD;
  Boot from windows installation media and install windows 64bit;
  Restore user data from backup.

That's, how you get from 32bit to 64bit.
