320 psu enough for gtx 1050 ?

I am planning to buy the gigabyte gtx 1050 oc. I have i7 2600K. 8 gb ram. 320 watt psu. Is the psu enough for my pc or will i destroy other components? Nvidia recommends 300 watts for 1050 though

The psu is by hp built in.

should be enough. if your psu cant provide enough power it wont really broke the other components, except if there is some short caused by that

Is there any way to know if my psu isnt able to provide enough power before it causes any problem?

if it is not able to supply enough power, usually the pc will shut down by itself or you wont really get such a good performance. for sure the chance problem will encounter would depends on things like the how good is components and the psu itself

i tried a geforce gtx 1050 on a Fujitsu desktop with 280 w and it worked without problem, i was only running a 65 w tdp cpu though.
