3200+ How far will it go?

Ok, here is the situation:

I'm running a 64 3200+ 1st gen, the one with 1mb cache,

an EPoX motherboard:

(I'm not sure why it says socket 478 only, but mine looks just like this
one, its also 5 years old now)


I've been reading reviews and guides on overclocking the latest processors, but my question is, is there an idiot proof guide that will show me exactly what to do to push the 2.0ghz to 2.2 or even further? I also have my heart set on the Thermaltake water cooling: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106074

I also want to overclock my video card to 550/1500 on water, but can I go even further?

I have the 3200 (venice core) and ive pushed it to 2.65Ghz and had it run stable with stock cooling. it only reached 41c while calculating 32 million digits of Pi.

And also i have the 7600GT running a 630/1600 very stable only reaching 68c after running 3dmark06 two times in a row.

As for an idiot prof guide i dont know where you could find one.

2.2 should be pretty easy. The last of the 3200's it was quite common to get 3.0. I have an old venice that got 2.6 undervolted and temps never over 42 . it was my motherboard that was holding me back wasnt stable over 265fsb
