Ya endyen, 200MHz for $33 is totally worth it, great job! Pengwin, get the 3200+ Venice and use that $33 that endyen is so forthcoming to let go of on a better video card or some eye candy for your comp. That "extra speed" is about 1FPS in games and loading windows a half a second faster, damn that's some speed scotty!

THANK YOU!!! A smart man on these forumz, you deserve a hand shake (extends his hand to his monitor). But you should look at that RAM, the site of seeing those 4 numbers so close together makes my eyes twitch.

Nice choice, may I recommend some OCZ Gold or Performance Series DDR400 (very nice, very cheap) or some Corsair XMS (all those are 2 512MB sticks). Those will keep your system performing well and won't burn a hole in your wallet.

yes, just to add:

go with the 3200+, on stock speeds the extra 200mhz is almost noting, and then you can OC is. With my crappy Albatron k8sli mobo which OC's like crap, I got it to 2.4 stabely and its awesome.

it loads at 31 and idles at 28 (with my artic silencer 64 ultra heatsink of course)
