Question 3200 ram running at 2933, how do make it run at 3200?

I just upgraded my ram to 32gb and it is supposed to run at 3200, I already changed XMP profile but after changing it only goes to 2933.
how do I enable the full speed?

its an MSI laptop the model is GF75 Thin 10SDR

You just change it in the BIOS, be aware some boards don't like fast RAM. But its worth a shot.

Im not really sure how to do that, i already changed the XMP profile to the one that says 3200, but it only gives be 2933

Go into your bios. Normally have XMP and Ram speed, if the BIOS has adjustable settings you can just change it.

Some prebuilt computers have BIOS that is limited, so you would have to go into your BIOS and set exact settings.

Running at 2933 instead of 3200 isn't the end of the world if you BIOS dont' allow you to change it.

Yes it has been enabled im not sure on what should i do it now
