My pc configuration is as follows -
(BUNDLE WITH MB) AMD RYZEN 9 3900X 3.8GHZ-4.6GHZ 12 CORE AM4 SOCKET PROCESSOR (WITHOUT GPU)
MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX DDR4 AMD AM4 SOCKET MAINBOARD
G.Skill Trident Z 8GB DDR4 3200 BUS Desktop RAM Black and Heatsink x 2 - 16GB
ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6 Graphics Card
Corsair CX650 650watt 80plus Bronze Non-Modular Power Supply
Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe 250GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 3.0x4 SSD Drive
Western Digital Blue 1TB 3.5 Inch SATA 7200RPM Desktop HDD

This ram is rated as 3200 bus speed but running at 2133 when i checked it with userbench mark. I think i have to change some bios settings. I am not sure how can i do that. Can someone please help me with me with this?

To be honest that is not the mobo I would choose for running a 12 core CPU.

Regarding RAM speeds, yes enabling XMP/DOCP is hopefully all you have to do. If it isn't stable (e.g. fails to boot) you may need to do some manual tweaking. But first I'd make sure you have the latest BIOS.

My Bios is A. 00 - AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.3.
MSI has this as latest bios 7B84vA5 2019-12-06 at their website .

I am not sure how to compare that.
