Hi all, Im getting ready to build a new system. I am looking at:

Llinux 19.3
ASUS ROG Strix X570-E
Ryzen 3 3200G
cm 750x power

I am getting stuck at the ram. I see the cpu tops out at 2933mhz but have read a lot that ryzen needs fast ram. the qvl lists CORSAIR CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18 which i woud buy to packs for 32gb's. I also went to pcspecs for compatible ram for the ryzen and everything they list is not on the qvl....getting confused... im reading that 3200 - 3400 is actually a good sweet spot for the 3200g. can anyone help with deciphering what i need to buy, please? The rig will be mainly hd and 4k video watching , light gaming , maybe some light video editing and office work. its going to do alot....I need the storage on the board (8 sata) and I dont plan on overclocking unless i need to ,to get the best spot for ram/cpu. i think this will make a decent rig i just want to figure out the ram before i start buying everything. thank so much for the help~

wait , an x570 paired with an apu ? - WHY ? - also are you waiting for gen 4 ? , if i were you id rather spend some on a 3000mhz kit and wait for gen 4 -but if your e determined read below

" and everything they list is not on the qvl " - what does qvl mean , i readt the ram specs and its as follow

SPD Latency

18-22-22-42
SPD Speed

2666MHz
SPD Voltage

1.2V
Speed Rating

PC4-28800 (3600MHz)
Compatibility

XMP 2.0
Package Memory Pin 288

so was there anything wrong ?
