Question 3200mhz ram memories do not work on the BIOSTAR B450MX-S motherboard

I have the BIOSTAR B450mx-s motherboard and I have the same problem: I have 2 sticks of 2400mhz RAM, with them my computer works normally. I recently bought 2 3200mhz memories and when I install them the computer turns on but there is no video, not even the bios screen!
I've already tried installing just 1 stick of 2400 and 1 of 3200, manually setting it to 2400mhz, but it still doesn't work, even when I install just 1 of 3200mhz.
Detail: when I install 2400mhz memories with XMP activated and set to 2400mhz, I receive the message: "Memory OC fail", but the computer works normally. Please help me!
 
You're trying to run very different sticks. Ryzen don't like that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't.

Reset motherboard BIOS and try to run the 3200C22 kit in slot A2 and B2.

Is the motherboard BIOS up to date?

Seen the high CL and the voltage of 1,2 I doubt the Kllisre supports XMP.

Yes, the BIOS is up to date, I updated it to the latest version today.
I removed the battery from the motherboard and left it out for 10 minutes to update the BIOS and installed the two KLLISRE sticks in slots A2 and B2, the same problem continues, the initial screen doesn't even appear to access the BIOS 😕
