[SOLVED] 3200mhz ram only running at 2933mhz

I noticed my ram Userbenchmark score was a little low, here is my test result:

I have a 10750h cpu with 16gb of ram but it's only running at 2933mhz

2933MHz is normal RAM speed for your CPU

any speed higher than this would need to have enabled overclocking, which most laptops or embedded systems doesnt allow

My laptop can only use 2933mhz. That's a bummer!
