[SOLVED] 3200mhz RAM running at 2133mhz

I have 2 sticks of 8gb 3200mhz RAM but it runs at 2133mhz. I have updated the bios but it still runs at 2133mhz. I have changed the XMP profile to the 3200mhz setting but it doesn't change anything. I looked up the recommended ram speed for my CPU (Ryzen 5 2600x) and it was 2933mhz so I manually set the speed to that and it worked but made my computer blue screen when I play anything slightly demanding. Please help I'm so confused.

B450M PRO4

Ryzen 5 2600x

2x8gb 3200mhz

GTX 770 2GB

Xmp sets dram voltage to 1.35v at 2933 and above speed. Make sure you adjust voltage when manually set ram.

Ram are in 2nd and 4th slot from cpu?

Ok the slot might be the issue I have it in my 1st and 3rd slot I will change but what voltage should I set it too then?

Switch slots and try xmp again. If you need to do manually then set voltage to 1.35v.
