Hi, I just got my first build up and running, it uses an MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon, a Ryzen 5 1600 and 16 GB of G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200Mhz PC4-25600.

The one problem I seem to have is that it is stuck on 2133 Mhz, it will not go any higher, even though I set the A-XMP to the 3200Mhz setting (16-16-16-36). Do I need to change a voltage or something? It is currently set at 1.35 volts, as per the sticker on the package.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah I saw it in Windows as well as BIOS, just got CPU-Z and it says that it's even lower - 1066.4 Mhz.
Also, it says that the timing is 15-15-15-35 and not 16-16-16-36 so obviously my XMP settings in BIOS aren't doing what they should.. :/

been so long since i had an amd board didnt realise they had xmp in the bios

but any way that 1066mhz in cpuz gets doubled as its ddr ram

so it is saying 2133mhz

edit and the 15-15-15-35 is faster

its set faster timings as its not at 3200mhz if you get it to 3200mhz the timings will slow to 16-16-16-36

2933 Mhz seems to work fine, I'll stick to that for now I guess.

Sorry, but what?

Huh, it says 2400 is the supported speed, but I'm running it at ~2900 for a while now..
EDIT: Actually, my memory isn't on the list, I have F4-3200C16D-16GVK and it's not on the list...
