I upgraded my RAM after believing my processor could handle up to 3200, but only supports 2900. Would it be worth it to upgrade the processor for 200MHz?

According to a bottleneck test, the most cost efficient upgrade would be a ryzen 5 5600. Want to see if it is worth upgrading, the only game i dont get 100+FPS on is Cod

It is 350. Typo.
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2X16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 1.35V Desktop Memory - Black, 2 count (pack of 1) is the new ram. I used to have 16gb and same speed
I don't know the exact Temps but i know the cpu usage hits 70% when doing intense things. My memory was hitting 70% and that's why i upgraded but now my cpu is hitting 70% and can barely tell the difference

Unless you hit close to or 100'%, adding more memory is just a waste and you will not see any difference.
