Build new pc spec are
12400f
Asus b660m plus d4
Tridentz F4-3200C16D-16GTZR
nzxt h510 flow

Pc runs perfectly fine while using everything auto in bios dram configuration but as soon as I set xmp 1/2 system doesn't start and bios gets reset tried 3600mhz tried 3200mhz with 1.4v same problem but it's running fine at 3000mhz 1.35 and timing I used was 16-18-18-38 for everything as mentioned on ram box... What to do? Should I return the ram Or is it anything I am doing wrong?

you have typo there, CPU ram support always adhere to jedec specs, which is 1.2v for DDR4 even at 3200MHz
1.35v+ is outside of cpu support, intel doesnt even offer paid warranty when enabling XMP profile (going outside of jedec specs)

anyway, not every RAM modules can handle 1.4v, mine cant handle it even if they are samsung b-die (F4-3200C14D-32GTZR), 1.35 works fine even at 3733MHz at CL16 while 1.4v produces ram errors no matter ram clock

as for OP getting ram running at 3200MHz, try first disable XMP profile and set ram clock to 3200MHz (without XMP)
see if ram will be stable or not, if not stable at 3200 JEDEC, return ram
Tried 3200mhz 1.35v manually no xmp 16-18-18-38 timing no luck... Got replacement of the same kit same issue there too just can go upto 3100mhz 1.35v...now I am returning this kit and going for other kit 3600mhz any suggestion? Which will support my config..?

Look here,

you can set what size you want and speed.

Think i see another new bios so might be worth looking at updating again if not having it.

Solved the problem. I installed ram on 2nd and 3rd slot that was causing this issue I think now using it on 1st and 2nd slot working 3400mhz 16-18-18-38 1.35v. Is this the limit of overclocking this kit? I am unable to go 3600mhz used many timing 18-22-22-43 and others too didn't works got errors in memtest via bootable usb

use grey slots A2+B2, they will give you better performance

3400mhz 16-18-18-38 1.35v. Is this the limit of overclocking this kit?
every memory kit is different with it's overclocking capability.
even two kits of the exact same make & model from the exact same production line can have different results.
different motherboards can also make a big difference in those capabilities.

when overclocking memory speed & timings voltage plays a big role. with each slight increase of either, a voltage increase can also be necessary.

but as others already stated, for a 2x module kit; make sure you are using DIMM slots A2(2nd) & B2(4th).
or your memory will not be running dual channel mode.
