3200mzh RAM for i7 8700(non k) which motherboard to so support this memory frequency?

Will non z370 motherboards for coffee lake ( H370, H310, Q370, B360 ) support 3200mzh frequency? Or i need z370 for such frequency? Also why intel i7 8700(non k) specifications show 2666mzh frequency, but everyone advise to set up more RAM with biggest frequency? I do not want overlocking, should i set up bios or something to make it work? I am looking on the `G.Skill Trident Z 32GB DDR4 32GTZ Kit 3200 CL14 (2x16GB)` and now i need to pick motherboard for it . And finally, if gonna buy everything on computeruniverse, at the end should i make some setups like voltage settings, or something, or i can just assemble all PC parts and everything should work?

If you want RAM speed above 266 with that CPU, you have to use Z370 motherboard. Can't say what 'everyone' says, but for non-K CPU, going above natively supported RAM speed makes little sense (esp for Intel CPU) unless you use comp for work that will be affected by faster RAM. For gaming it almost does not matter.
If you don't want to overclock, you don't have to set up anything like voltage etc - it's build and play. The only thing would be boot order, and only if you use more than 1 drive.

No, you wont be able to run 3200mhz on a H, Q, or B 300 series motherboard. But there is little need for high speed RAM on an Intel platform. It just does not scale well. If you get the 3200mhz RAM, it will run fine, it will just run at 2666. But if there is 2666 RAM available for cheaper, then I would go for that because they will run at the same speed.

Very simple. In most cases all you need to do is enable XMP in BIOS.

Very simple. In most cases all you need to do is enable XMP in BIOS.

As i know for now there is no big difference in prices of i7 8700k and without K, seems the default settings for 8700K little better, does it mean i should pick 8700K ? Or i will need to make additionally some settings to make it work on 4,70 GHz , as in intel specification?

If you are going to get an 8700, then there really is no reason to get a z370 board. Even if you get 3200mhz speed RAM. The RAM overclock will give you very little performance boost and a H,B, and Q boards are a good bit cheaper than Z boards. If you get a 8700, you are better off just getting a H,B or Q board and using the money saved on a different part of the computer.
