3222 Error windows 10

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this wasn't sure where to put it. I'm trying to use firefox to watch BT sports and I keep getting this error: https://gyazo.com/19d7aa14964bc2fd3c2e5b6ea459c6fb

I think it's related to silverlight so I reinstalled but nothing happened, also reinstalled firefox still getting the error. I'm using windows 10

Someone's found a fresh solution which might help. Open display options (Windows key + P) and make sure that "Computer only" is selected.

seems BT and Microsoft are playing pass the parcel with this error, MS refer to BT, and BT refer back to MS

there doesn't seem to be any of this reported in last 3 years so is the player a win 10 app? It appears most people have 7 or 8.

No I'm using firefox to view it online not through the app
