32bit vs 64bit Internet Explorer 9 rc

Whats the difference between the two? Which is better to use in terms of compatibility and reliability?

for compatibility and reliability, i don't think there's any difference (unless there's a specific plugin that needs the x32 version)
The main diff. with the x64 version, is that it can take advantage of more than 3.5 GB of memory.
Although i really can't imagine the browser needed that much resources.
