did you reset the BIOS after the flashing completed successfully?

Did you try using only dual channel 2x8GB with 3200MHz with the new RAM?
Install the modules in Dimm Slot A2 and B2

Did you buy two dual channel kits 2x8GB + 2x8GB and not a 4x8GB kit?

8x3 will work in dual channel as well, but if more than 16GB will be needed, the other 8GB will work in single channel.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005657/boards-and-kits.html#dual

Would run with 2933MHz with 4 sticks.

Check each stick with memtest.org usb autoinstaller while XMP is enabled. A bad module could be a reason for not working well too.

Did you reset the BIOS via jumper yet?
i tested each stick its work well ,, the problem is when i but the 4 sticks and open xmp on 3200 it happen a lot of problems when i open xmp on 2966 there no problems

The AMD 2000 sereis cpu memory Controller is 2933mhz natively and will default the ram speed to that when all ram slots are populated.

NO mother board will not change that fact.
With alot of trying different settings you Might get lucky to run 3200 otherwise you are looking at 2933mhz.
if i change the cpu to 3rd generation like ryzen 5 3600X, i think it work with 3200
