[SOLVED] 32GB (2x16GB) Corsair Vengeance RAM running in Single-channel mode in my Acer Predator Helios 300

I upgraded my laptop with a pair of Corsair Vengeance RAM sticks (2x16GB), but when I go to CPU-Z, it says they're running in Single-channel mode. Here are some pics:

What did I do wrong? I'd appreciate if anyone can help me getting Dual-channel mode enabled.

What does memory tab say? Ranks is to do with chips, one side (single) or both sides (dual). Look at channels # under memory tab.

Oh. I didn't even check that tab. This is what it says:

So I guess it's in Dual-channel after all. Thanks!
