I've been looking at some ram, and i ran into some curiosities.
1. Is there a difference between CL18 and CL16 at 3200MH performance wise.

I at most will ever need 32GB of RAM, so populating all 4 DIMM slots is fine by me.
Full name of the ram:
Kingston HyperX Fury RGB 32GB 3200MHz CL16 DDR4 KIT OF 2 HX432C16FB3AK2/32 (Price:170 Euro)
Kingston HyperX Fury Black RGB 32GB 3200MHz CL18 DDR4 KIT OF 4 HX432C16FB3AK4/32 (Price:190 Euro)

So here is my 2nd curiosity
Is having all 4 DIMM slots filled, give any benefit, other than aesthetics
And is having a 2x16 kit, at 16CL better than 4x8 at 18CL (Performance wise)
