Question 32gb 3600mhz RAM showing as 16gb and 2133mhz

Have installed 32gb of new RAM DDR4 3600mhz but shows as 16gb and 3200mhz. I have tried all four memory slots on my motherboard and they all seem to be fine, it also shows as dual channel.
my motherboard is an asus z390-a pro and the ram is corsair vengeance rgb pro 2x16gb

Start by turning off you PC and reseating your RAM. Check what the BIOS says about the RAM. Does it show both sticks ?

It does. But it shows that they are 8GB sticks. So you don't have 32GB, you have 16GB. That part is correctly reported by task manager.
To get higher than 2133 clock speed, you need to enable XMP in the BIOS.

You bought RAM optimized for AMD Ryzen. What's the partnumber of the RAM? It's starts with CMW I guess.

I don't think so. I'm curious what RAM you bought and what RAM they sent you. What does the label on the sticks say?.
