Hi! I have a little question about RAM I need to choose for my new PC build:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
  • GPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 6800 XT
  • M2: Samsung 970 EVO SSD 1 TB
  • HDD: Seagate BARRACUDA 2TB 7200obr. 256MB
  • Case: Phanteks P500A
  • PSU: Seasonic Focus PX 850W 80 Plus Platinum / Corsair RMx 850W 80 Plus Gold
  • AIO: NZXT Kraken X73 with Corsair fans on it
  • Fans: 3x Corsair LL140 and 4x Corsair LL120
  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING or ASUS PRIME X570‑PRO
I know that it needs to be 32GB for my gaming and home office usage and I think 3600Mhz with CL16 would be a really nice option. PC build is gonna be white-black themed as you see and I wanted RGB to be controlled with just 1 software (due to already bought keyboard+mouse set - ICUE is best option I think), that's why I hardly think about Corsair Memory set, but I'm not sure is it the best option? Or should I choose G.Skill? Both sets are CL18, but would it be a problem to set their timings to CL16? It's impossible to find Corsair with 3600Mhz and CL16, because they do not produce sets like this one. G.Skill CL16 are much more expensive in Poland so it's not really option I would be satisfied. Sets that I'm talking about:
  • Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3600Mhz CL18 (CMW32GX4M4C3600C18W)
  • G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600Mhz CL18 (F4-3600C18Q-32GTZN)
What will be a better choice?

Ryzen CPUs -- ALL Ryzen CPUs are dual channel memory devices. They are optimal with TWO DIMMs. Get 2x16GB if you want 32GB.
