Well i decided to add 2 more sticks of ram to make 32gb of ram for my PC i had 16GB but for some reason my PC or motherboard while detecting all 4 it still only gives me 16gb of physical memory

i tested the sticks by themselves and they work fine i also updated the BIO but nothing

The odd thing is windows knows i have 32gb but it won't use them it shows this

Memory

32.0 GB

Speed: 2133 MHz
Slots used: 4 of 4
Form factor: DIMM
Hardware reserved: 16.1 GB

Available 8.4 GB
Cached 7.8 GB
Committed 11.7/33.9 GB
Paged pool 644 MB
Non-paged pool 282 MB
In use (Compressed) 7.5 GB (399 MB)

My CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: MSI X470 GAMING PLUS
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 4x8GB (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)

Well hi there again i fix the issue myself
It seems that unplugging the pc and clearing the Cmos and adding the ram sticks fix it and now the motherboard is giving me the 32gb.

Looks like 32gb is being used,
You can check in task manager - memory tab - composition bar.

Also you should go into your bios and enable XMP
