in SYCRON DDR2/800 512MB (32Mx8-16C) Sycron - SY-DDR2-512M800 i don't undersand the underlined(32Mx8-16C) part of the memory spec.

32 Mbyte x 8 SDRAM chips and 16C = ?
or
32Mbit x 8 bits and 16C means 16 SDRAM chips on the DIMM
or what?
Can anyone shed some light on this pls. Thanks.
