Question 3400g has been freezing. Is the Vega 11 Responsible?

Yesterday I used auto overclock from Ryzen master. I experienced freezing at random times in games, where the computer would either go black or restart. I uninstalled ryzen master, and reset bios. Today, I've seen a lot of random latency/lag when simply even moving around the mouse. Nothing was fixed, then I just discovered how odd these graphics look when idling. https://ibb.co/V26PPH9
It seems as if they're randomly being utilized. Is this to blame? What can I do?

Yes I hit the reset button in it.

After that I took out the CMOS and reset BIOS
