3440 x 1440 video card for LG ultra wide

I need help picking a video card for the new 21:9 LG ultra monitors @ 3440 x 1440. I currently have 2 Nvidia 315 cards, which can't output that resolution and are also not Display port or HDMI ready. I will be running it in 4 display mode most of the time and doing Adobe photoshop.
The Computer tower I am using is a Dell T3610

***Update: Sorry I didn't list what I am using tis for. Multi tasking, Excel, word, outlook and Photoshop CS6 (the most important thing) question on the Dual 980, are you running two outputs to the LG monitor or just have them both in your computer for the power? Sorry newbie on the LG and going back to single monitor. I also changed out the cable on the current card to a Display port and it's running, but not sure it's powerful enough.

You are using an NVIDIA card which suggests you plan on doing some sort of gaming. I recommend using the gtx 900 series cards. Prices vary from low to high, but they will all output the desired resolution. I personally use dual 980s with the LG monitor you mentioned and everything looks amazing.
