350 dollars left. Buy Good 1440p or cheap 4k?

Hi, I'm building a new pc with the gtx 1070 (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CFQjBP) and I only have around 350 dollars left for a monitor. Gaming at 4k would be like a dream come true but at that price I'm not sure they're very good... so should I get a 1440p or a cheap 4k?

I would get the 1440p as 4k is double the stress on card and you can use higher settings on it as well.

Its what i would do if i didn't already have 4k...

I realize playing at 1440p would play better but for games that are easier to run the 1070 can easily do 4k... I'm just don't know how good a 350 dollar 4k screen is... is it bad enough a 1440p screen would be better?

The 1070 can't easily do 4k. It can get 60fps in some games, not many AAA titles tho. I have it with a 1440p monitor and it's just barely good enough for a game like Witcher 3. To get high framerates in BF1 I actually run at 1080p.

Steer clear of 4k for now.
