Edit: Found This on Newegg. Is it worth it and are the part compatible?

It's compatible, but then you already have a case, PSU and graphics card, so just better to get the rest.

CPU: i3 2100 $125
Mobo: ASRock H61M/U3S3 $69.99
Mem: 2x2GB 1.5V CAS9 1333/1600Mhz $28
DVD: Any 24x DVD writer at about $20
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB $59.99

That should work out fine.

Other two choices:

CPU: A6-3650 $119
Mobo: ASRock A75M FM1 AMD A75 (Hudson D3) $75
With this one you don't really need to put in the video card.

CPU: Phenom II x4 955 BE $119
Mobo: Asrock 870 Extreme 3 R2.0 $91.99

All choices are below $350.
