350 watt PSU good for this build?

I have the following parts:
i3 6100
XFX RX 460 4GB
8GB DDR4 Single Stick RAM
DVD Writer
720p Monitor
There will be around 2-3 USBs being used by the computer.
Is 350W enough?
In 40$, I am getting the Thermaltake V2 Plus with 350W Litepower PSU. Is it good? Or do I need more watts?

350W can be alright for that build
400W if you want to be save

if it's the gold certified TT Litepower by FSP it's alright, if not I suggest you get a better quality PSU, like a seasonic
