I was planning on getting a 420W enermax noisetaker, but the case I want comes with a PSU and I can't find it w/o it.

Its a 350W Silent Antec Power Supply. Will it be enough?

System:
Radeon 9800 XT
1g of Mushkin Ram
2 Maxtor SATA 80g hdds w/ Raid 0
Zalman 7000 series fan
Case fan
Dual Layer DVD writer
Athlon 64 3400+ S754
Abit Nforce 3 250 whenever it is in stock...

I'd like a litte bit of flexibility too though, may add a sound card or another cd-rom down the road.

I'd say give it a try. That antec 350watt is a pretty decent psu so it might do it. My friend had an antec 350watt running a p4 3.06ghz w/ dvd burner, dvd drive, 2 36gb raptors (raid0), and a radeon 9700pro.

I would rather see you get the True 430watt for additional overhead. That is what I use, that being said, the 350 should work, but will not be much left over.
