Will ISO-450 (350W power supply) handle this system)? I'm planning to upgrade and i will maybe go with i5, but i don't want to invest in PSU unnecessarily.

CPU: i5-4460 @3,2GhZ stock
GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 260X OC 2GB
HDD: 320GB
MOBO: GIGABYTE B85M-D2V (or maybe H81 board, not sure which one is better)

No way. You'll want 500W minimum really.
If you check the specs here it actually lists 500W as a requirement: http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?pid=2040&lid=1#

[strike]This would do nicely for your system: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-silentnight500[/strike]

It's top quality, reliable, and efficient.

EDIT: That's way too expensive - I didn't check the price, just the specs. Take one of those recommended below. Personally I'd pick the XFX that Herrwizo recommended.
As for will it fit? It's for the same form factor (ATX) so it should do, yes.

Okay and one more thing, is there some differences in form factors (sizes) ? I saw something types like ATX versions like 2.0, 2.2, 2.3 etc. Means this something? Because i'm bit worried about PSU, if it will fit in my case, if it will be too big, or small :)

But should i worry about size? I'm using my stock case, from my current PC, because i'm on budget and by buying a case i will go over budget :) I need to know, if it will fit in my case
