350W PSU with 95W CPU and GTX 750ti?

I've been running a FSP 350W PSU with a 65W CPU and the GTX 750ti for a few days with no problems. But I'm upgrading the CPU to a 95W one... Thoughts on getting away with that 350W PSU with it being only a 30W increase?

FSP makes decent PSUs, and your system likely doesn't draw over about 250 watts, you should be more than fine.
