3550 vs 3770 worth it?

Hi,
I have Lenovo brand name PC with i5 3550 in it. It serves me just fine. Max CPU for this PC is i7 3770 (not K version).
Is it worth to upgrade? In my area I can find 3770 for a cca 120 EUR (and sell existing 3550 for an half of it).
I would do it and keep the PC for a 1-2 years then upgrade to whatever exists on the market then.

I do CAD (with rendering sometimes), and games.

CAD and rendering....along with some games, would benefit from the additional 4 threads via HyperThreading.

If your approx investment is only going to be ~60EUR then yes, I'd say it would be "worth it" in general.
That being said, if you're having no issues and it's serving you just fine, there's probably no need to upgrade.
