Hey guys, I have a hyper 212 evo with push-pull, and have my 3570k @ 4.5ghz with 1.285 volts, and maxing out at about 69-70C after an hour of prime95, is this good, and is the voltage alright as well?

All is safe, though some prefer 60c, that will not decrease the lifespan by a noticeable amount.
That voltage is a tad high, you might try decreasing it or increasing the clock, but it is safe.

Yes, but intel and AMD are different. 1.4 vcore is safe on a 3570k as long as the mobo is a great one with the power phasing and cooling, and the chip is kept under 65c. Higher vcore with higher temps will start causing massive power draw, and a mobo with weak power phasing will blow a cap. I would stick to 1.3 vcore max for now.
