3570k getting very hot?

I just installed my 3570k with stock cooling, all the fans are correctly operating but it's running at 37-40~ during idle and it hit 68 degrees on all cores only a few minutes after running prime95.

What should I do? Undervolt my cpu so it's cooler? Get new thermal paste? Turn my cpu fan speed up? HELP!

I also don't have much money to spare.
