[SOLVED] 3600 Memory clocked at 1797; What is wrong?

Memory is on the QVL. ASUS TUF X570 Gaming Plus + Wifi

I went to the BIOS (latest Sep 12, 2019 update) and set the DOCP to 3600MHz and latency to 16-19-19-39.

Now HWInfo shows Memory clock at 1796.7MHz = 18.00 x 99.8 MHz. I assume this is the current clock rate, right?
TRC 85 and TRFC 630 CR 1T (don't know what these things mean)

I am guessing my memory is running at 1796MHz?
The only thing that shows 3600MHz is the Memory tab of my 'Task Manager' when I ctrl+Alt+delete.
Am I missing a step? What am I doing wrong? I am a memory noob.
