3600 mhz memory speed in my bios but 1800mhz in Geekbench 4

I have G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4-3600 and I used xmp to get 3600mhz and I got it, in my bios there I can read 3600mhz but when I do some test with Geekbench 4 I get lower speed, 1800 only "Memory 65536 MB DDR4 SDRAM 1800MHz"


is this wrong with my system or my ram ?

Dont worry. Geekbench 4 has some problems reading the memory speed correct. They are working to correct this.

If it reads 3600 in BIOS then your speed is 3600.

DDR means double data rate. So the effective rate (which is what's advertised) is twice the actual memory clock. So memory clock of 1800 MHz = transfer rate of 3600 MHz. Some applications show one, some show the other.
