3600 mhz tridentz rams cant run on max

Hello there, my motherboard is ROG Crosshair vii hero wifi and my rams are Gskill TridentZ rgb 3600 mhz. when i first set my PC they were on default 2133 or something i tried to run them at 3600mhz from bios but the computer didnt open. showed me a screen telling me to press F1. then i tried to lower them untill around 3000 mhz (think it was 3033 or something) the PC opened. what might be my problem. My processor is AMD ryzen 7 2700X. Looking forward for some help as i have low info about these kind of things.

Ryzen isn't as forgiving with memory speeds as Intel, so your 3600Mhz kit may have been a bit optimistic. You can try other memory profiles, but you may end up having to manually overclock the memory to get close to 3600Mhz. It may not even be possible on that CPU.
