I bought a 3600 RAM for my i7 11700k.
I found out later that it is running at 2400Mhz
Now when I tried the XPM profile 1. I had the bios error.

Is it fine to sit the Ram manually at 3200 ?

Solution
they are a Gigabyte officially support set.

if the board offers both XMP I & XMP II, try XMP II.
XMP I is supposed to be a Gigabyte "optimized" profile.
could be some minor adjustments that don't sit well with the system.

you can also try manually entering all of the manufacturer rated specs.
very rarely the XMP profiles just don't clock right.

my next move would be to try them in another system and see if they work at proper speeds.
and do the same with another set in yours.

First and third slots only means something to you as only you can see what your talking about.

Look in the manual for a pic to show the proper slots to use.

Get the latest bios...non-beta.

So in this manual image for my Z590 motherboard, it says that I have the rams supported for the motherboard.

I found that my motherboard running Bios version F3 or 3.3. which is old compared to what I saw on the website that they have Bios F6.

So can be the reason that my Rams XPM profile 1 not working because of the Bios version?

In Bios F6 they did update the motherboard for higher RAM Mhz for 11th gen CPUs.
