Question 3600MHz running at 2133MHz

My ram is showing in task manager to be running at 2133MHz instead of 3600MHz. Im totally new to changing clock speeds so i really dont know what im doing. I have enabled XMP in the Bios but from this point i really havent got a clue.
Is there anything else i need to change?

Motherboard : Gigabyte 570 UD
CPU - Ryzen 3700x
GPU- 1060 6GB
RAM - 16gb 3600MHz
