Question 3600x & B450 tomohawk

I just got a 3600x CPU and b450 tomohawk and it will not work. I've mad sure the connections are solid, changing the RAM, resetting the cmos, etc. The only feedback I get is my AIO led and bottom three debug lights flashing on for a split second. There are four lights, CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT. Only CPU doesn't flash.

2x8gb ddr4 3000
Cx750m
512gb samsung ssd
1tb wd blue

Do you have the necessary motherboard BIOS version installed for the 3rd generation Ryzen to work?

According the the mobo box I do, it says "amd ryzen 3000 desktop ready" on the box

Ready to install the BIOS. Without the proper version installed, it won't work. This is a hugely common issue.

It actually ended up being the an issue with my PSU, borrowed a different one and it booted right up. I appreciate the reply though.
