I am thinking to get Ryzen 5 3600X to upgrade my old PC.
No particular reason to why I chose this specific Ryzen model... I guess paying extra 100 euros for 3700X doesn't get me my moneys worth.
Anyways... I just found out I need a new cooler too... Here we go:

1. https://www.1a.lt/p/cooler-master-hyper-212-led-turbo-red-rr-212tr-16pr-r1/uo1?cat=2vn&index=12
38 euros. Looks solid and reliable. Popular cooler.

Now this thing:
2. https://www.1a.lt/p/noctua-nh-d15s/gts?cat=2vn&index=2
93 euros. And I wonder if it won't break my motherboard in half when I hang this big boy horizontally?

Question is. What do I get for spending that much more? Is it worth it? Any risks? Like under which scenarios this thing wouldn't fit in a standard ATX chassis?

Is this a good chassis?

or it would fit in this too?

Noctua and be quite have the best cpu coolers. There are smaller models that will be good enough for Ryzen 5 and cheaper like noctua NH u12s you can find it around 40-50$ ( i have this cooler with 3600) or Be Quiet Dark Rock 4. If you gonna spend 93$ for a cooler you better pick the Ryzen 7 3700X that have a decent RGB stock cooler. Also the coolermaster cpu cooler that you listed is the cooler i had before in am4 platform you can only install it in one way it can only look at the gpu and not the typical way. Also it was loud i cant recommended especially for Ryzen.

Also in your site that you provided even the NH-D15s is not the SE-AM4 model so it wont support the AM4 platform you have to buy a separate bracket kit that will cost you more.

I don't think the 3600x is worth the price premium over the 3600. I've owned both. The D15 is probably overkill. I'd look at Scythe. While Be Quiet coolers are nice looking (and are quiet) they aren't that well made IMO. The fins bend easily and the black paint chips and scratches. I own the Dark Rock Pro 4 (currently listed for sale). I have previously owned the Dark Rock 4 and Pure Rock Slim. They certainly aren't bad coolers but they aren't great either. I think Noctua and Thermalright are top of the heap. Reevan/Scythe are also great and less expensive. Deep Cool makes my favorite budget coolers.

That Zalman Z11 Plus HF1 says it will fit up to a 160 mm cooler.

As stated above I would get the 3600 instead of a 3600x.
As far as coolers go, I personally have the older version of this cooler on my 3700x and it works great for me.

My CPU idles at 32 to 34c and maxes out around 60-62c after hours of gaming (my room temp stays around 22-23c).

The Sythe Mugen 5 PCGH (Dual Fan) Edition would be a good choice as well:

But on the socket support it says it supports AM4. How do I know which coolers will install the right way?
Will this one be good https://www.1a.lt/p/arctic-freezer-34-esports-duo-white/379r?mtd=search&pos=regular&src=searchnode ?

Or maybe I should get 3700x and use a stock cooler? And if I plan to overclock in the future I'll get a market cooler.
