Question 3600x never reaching 4.4ghz?

Its capping out at 4.09ghz?

Temps seem fine so its not a temp issue, any reason why its not boosting to 4.4ghz?

4.4GHz is the max single core (1 core) speed. Download Cinebench R15 (run the single core benchmark) and hwinfo 64 bits portable (run the "only sensors" option) and see if the CPU reach the 4.4GHz. If all works correctly you will see the 4.4GHz jumping all over the cores (thats normal behavior).

Also be sure to have the lastest BIOS installed for your motherboard and the lastest chipset drivers from AMD webpage.
