Question 3600x & x570 not turning on

Hello im having trouble booting up my system, i juat build a new system with ryzen 3600x and X570 Msi Gaming plus Motherboard, the thing is when i connect everything i go to turn on the pc and the system doesnt do anything, it inly powers on when i disconnect the Cpu Power cable from the motherboard, it starts everything then, i dont know what might be the problem i have changed every cable, and checked every pin, cable that goes to the psu and all is right

Components are:
Ryzen 5 3600x
X570 msi gaming plus
Corsair rm 750 80+gold
16gb ddr4 3600mhz trident neo z g skill
GTx 1060 6gb gigabyte g1
