Running Ryzen 7 3700x 4.3GHZ on all cores with 1.275V, so far it seems stable. I've managed to reach 490PTS in Cinebench on Single Core with MP Ratio of 10.24x, and 5015pts on all cores. Temperatures are good; 30-35C on idle (cooler than PBO), 60-65C on Cinebench with 20 loop, 70C on Aida64 after 4 hours of run. Gaming depends on the game but managed to get 50-55C on RDR2. Room temperature is around 18C to 23C.
PPT 9% of 1000W
CPU Power 70-75W
SOC Power 10W
TDC 50% of 114 A
EDC 69% of 168 A
Not sure if this is a lucky chip or maybe it is unsafe for 24/7 use. What do you think?

Gigabyte gaming x b450
NH-D15
Antec NX800 + 3 exhaust fans on top / behind, two intake from the front
DDR4 2400mhz 32gb

If all you're using is 1.275v then it can't possibly be deemed unsafe, that's well below stock pbo voltage for any ryzen cpu.

If you're 100% stable you're 100% stable plain as so count yourself lucky for getting a good chip.

That 2400mhz ram though will be letting you down no doubt at all, kind of a shame because it'll be detracting performance from what is a great overclock on the cpu itself.

Thanks a lot for the clearance. I agree, the 2400mhz ram is kind of disappointing. I know it can support up to 3000mhz but couldn't change that through the motherboard, I'm running it on 2933MHZ right now and it seems stable so far. I believe it is far better than the 2400MHZ, but is it enough? I know this probably isn't the right forum to ask on, but how much MHZ do I need to have to compare with the CPU?

2933mhz is probably the best you're going to do with 32gb installed anyway.

If its running at that speed stable it's a good result.

Faster native ram would likely run at tighter timings which would be beneficial but is almost certainly not worth the monetary outlay it would cost you.
